We do not accept returns in general. However, we do manage returns through the legal withdrawal process established by European regulations. Please note that only the amount of the correctly returned product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

We ship all over Spain, except Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. We also ship all over Europe, except for areas that require customs clearance. We strive to ensure that our products reach our customers quickly and safely within these areas.

We prepare orders from Monday to Friday (except holidays) until 16:20. If your order is placed after this time, it will be prepared for dispatch the following business day. We work to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
